- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Combine lemonjuice and almond drink and leave to react for 10 minutes.
- Mix the egg with the olive oil, orange zest and juice, almonddrink, ginger and chocolate. Add in the flour and bakingsoda, optionally add some chopped nuts.
- Divide the batter between 6 tins and bake for 20-25 minutes. Decorate with a slice of tangerine.
