1. In a saucepan add the almond drink and oatmeal, bring to a slow boil. Stir until it becomes porridge. This will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile cut the pear and mango into desired size pieces.
3. Divide the porridge between two bowls, dust with some cinnamon and a sprinkle of sunflowerseeds.
By using almond drink there is no need for additional sugar.
We know oatmeal and oatflakes. The difference is in the size of the flake. Oatmeal is cut into pieces and therefore cooks faster.
